Could somebody tell me how I can get some kind of alert - preferably a text message or an e-mail when the price of a currency crosses over a particular moving average? Is it possilbe to get such an alarm?

Thank you Rimkus. I think that this facility is for an alert when one moving average crosses another. Would I achieve what I want if I set the shorter moving average to 1 period?

No, I believe you can actually directly set up an cross between an MA and the chart, just go through the dropdown options when setting up the alert.
