Doesn't surprise me that you wouldn't get the idea of the post. It wasn't aimed at todays market scalpz: just anytime your pair is ranging, choppy, etc. Its something to do and have fun. I know your busy in choppy markets by counting up your 1800 pips a week: so this post wasn't intended for you.
