I am assuming you are refering to forex charting, and in that case you can try
metatrader from metaquotes, its free and has a tick volume study, just do an internet search.
although forex is not traded through a regulated exchange you can never get an accurate measure of contracts traded in this market, but if you are interested in studying trading activity, tick volume serves as a proxy for conventional volume in this regards.
