Anyone ever opened and used a full live account with them?

Im thinking of trying them as they offer fx contracts and indices which I like to play with now and again...

Wondering whether they were helpful, honest etc...

fill orders, play with spreads?

Majority is negative about it. I tried it last year, the service/ support is great they respond to your questions or directives right away. But the trading platform is not good, if freezes or really slows down after a major announcement and you can't do anything to enter or exit ur trade.

I like to trade the dow now and again on data release's

good that they are helpful at least...I supose you could always deal over th ephone when the system goes down..but thats not the point really is it?
