I scalp from time to time when markets are quiet and CMC are pretty good. That is to say I have never have any problems with them.

It depends on how you define scalping. If you're planning on using huge leverage to take advantage of excessively volatile market conditions or spikes you'll eventually get put on manual whoever you trade with. On the other hand if you're just taking a few pips off a trade in normal conditions no-one will bother you, trade with whoever you like.
