How do I file tax on forex transaction?

I heard that I can claim 60% of profit as long term capital gain due to forex market condition.

Should I use CPA who knows about forex trading? I've contacted several local CPAs and they don't know much about forex itself.

Does anyone have any idea?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
