Well, I think you have to decide: Fundamentals or technicals? You can't trade two very different trading metods at the same time. PS. Why not be a fundamental trader? 95% of all traders are technicals - and 95% of all traders lose...

I find that this method works for me. I've been doing this for over ten years. I am a fund manager. Why mess with it if it isn't broke.

Yes, if it works for you, it works for you. But I don't think it will work for most of the traders? It's two different worlds. Don't understand me: I don't say that we should throw our charts away, but we have to decide: what's most important, the fundamental or the technical signals?

Re: Trading FX on International News

Where is a good place to get the news like Unemployment news? I live in Canada so I don't get Bloomburg TV. I don't really want to beat the wave, I just want to know the results so I can try to understand what will happen.

You can listen to Bloomberg Radio on the net. It's free.

It is free but it is late. You can set up an antenna to receive Bloomberg TV s-i-g-n-a-l from . But to see the TV and make decision when do news trading is still late. I think institutional traders have better infrastructure to get news.
