It actually takes almost 3 hours from start to finish, but I'm in a great time zone so I can get away with this.

I think it helps a lot when you have a clear head before you begin trading. I usually jog 3-5 miles right after I wake up, then shower, eat, etc. I think excersizing or doing some type of physical activity not only stimulates the body, but the mind as well. And we all know how important it is to be "on top of your game" mentally in order to succeed in trading. A really BIG factor, IMO.
Unfortunately I'm in the EST, so I sleep only about 6 hours - from about 12 p.m. - 6 p.m, that way I can trade anytime between 12 a.m. and 12 p.m (the best hours for FX trading, IMO).
Sometimes I take days off when I have stuff to do that conflicts with my trading schedule, but I try leave it to the weekend.
I really envy people that live in a good time zone for trading (like in London).
However I will gladly sacrifice a normal sleeping schedule to do what I love.

Oh, and I never trade naked.

Yeah that might not be a good idea.

That would be a little weird if you ask me.
Although if somehow you happened to make a great winning trade while you were naked, you might reconsider.
Good Trading,
