Psytrader, thanks for sharing. But one thing - do you suggest shorting near the ema 144? (if prices are below the ema lines), as often the prices, moves back up towards the ema lines.

Psytrader, how would you apply fibonacci to the 2 MA. I looked all over about fibonacci and I don't think I know how to apply fibonacci correctly. For now, I'm just trading the crap outta my demo account to get the feel of having multiple losses and some wins.

Re: Trading systems that cost $50,000

To All,

The 144 sma represents the equilibrium of the market.

Price AT 144 is neutral. This means you have the opportunity to ride a non- neutral trend AWAY from it.

To make this point further,...price will stradle the 144 in a range market.

Entry ideally is AT the 144 sma. Direction is based on what is hapening fundamentally and with major levels of support and resistance.

If someone will tell me how to do a screen shot Ill show you.

Almost,... I recomend "entering" near the 144 sma. Direction has more to do with support and resistance,...fundamentals,...and if price is slightly above/below (rule #1) the 144.

This doesnt mean that you have to take a position EVERY time price crosses the 144. It means that a 144 cross is a good time to assess fundamentals aginst your anticipated direction. When all things come together then its time to play.

I havent thought of using an exponential average. I prefer the simple average because it gives a better picture of ballance.
