But Joe, it so happens that by the time the rumor/news reaches the general public it is already too late to take an action as those in the know usually would have moved the market by then.
Anybody closely watching the markets and the real-time news would generally agree with me that the market moves first and then an explanation appears in the so-called reat-time news and sometimes the reason provided for the move is a laughable one.
Just my observation.
