What day of the week do you start trading?

I trade the spot market, been doing it for awhile. I got into a converstation with a fellow trader about when to start trading. We're both technical traders.

I usually start on Mondays, he starts on Sundays.

I'm asking this question to get a general feel when when forex traders begin their work.
