Question What is the WORST Slippage You've Experienced On A Stop Loss in NonNews Conditions?

Over the course of your entire trading career, what is the worst slippage a broker has executed your stop loss at, in non-news trading conditions?

Do you believe that magnitude of stop loss slippage is characteristic of the forex market as a whole and could happen again in the future?

Or was the abnormal slip more a result of an unscrupulous broker who was artificially manipulating quotes?

I'd be interested in what everyone has to say. Please let me know your experience!

I've only been trading Forex since January of '05, but I've never had 1 pip of slippage. Its quite remarkable, coming from a futures background, where slippage of many tics was just expected.

since 4 month I am working with FX SOLUTION and till now I didn't face any slippage even in the fast market

I hope it will continue like that

Re: What is the WORST Slippage You've Experienced On A Stop Loss in NonNews Conditions?

CMS last week. 33 pips. I think they trade against their customers. Slippage is really bad. Slow executions, almost as if they are waiting to see if they can take advantage and slip my money into their coffers. They failed to execute 1 stop and 1 limit order last week as well. Was told that this happens regularly. No question, I am looking for another broker.
