What happens when USD stops raising interest rates?

I"m wondering what happens, when the U.S dollar stops raising the rates, after they stop will there less demand for the U.S dollar, or will it still be bullish for a while.

I know others factors in the future will push U.S dollar down hard, but will it take time, or be kinda instant after rates are stopped rising.

UK,...I agree,...a net exporter of energy from the north sea. I think that lends it self to far more stability in the changing world. Interest rates are arbitrary movers of currency rates. Trade, and organic growth can only be maintained by a truly healthy economy.

China, staggering trade surpluss,... unlimited human resources,...their very own press to prevent the release of "bad" news,...and last but not least the worlds largest illegal manufacturer of everything with a copyright.
