Who gives good rates for currency conversion?

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know where I can convert one currency to another at a good rate, maybe 5-10 pips from the market?

I don't mean spot forex, I mean converting Euros to Dollars where I can keep the dollars.

I have around 500,000 Euros wanting to convert to Dollars first thing on Monday and the best any local bank is offering is 50 pips from the market despite the large amount.

If anyone has any suggestion it will be appreciated.
