what is the technical analysis indicator that we can rely on it in Metatrader 4.

I would suggest a tried and true method, a realistic approach to technical analysis, in resistance and support. All indicators are simply variables of averages, modified to one degree or another of r/s levels.

Barrys' Resistance and Support on the MT4 platform pretty well meets that demand on a short order (3 bars if I am not mistaken)

I use a mix of them 3-4 in most cases. Order is placed if only all of them agree.
