eur/usd cycle analysis chart for week of July 6

Image below is the cycle analysis for the week of July 6. Chart uses 2 hour bars. The # 1 low is about 0:00 July 7. All times are Eastern USA. I compared hsitorical charts with the gbp/usd pair and the cycle pattern below works with gbp/usd also. If you trade usd/chf, you can invert the rotation on this chart and that will work ( # 1 will be a high ).

The cycle analysis is not perfect but can give you the approximate timing of swing highs and lows and the duration of swings.

The market is not random, I can deterimne this cycle action for any future week you desire as long as I have certain dates available. If you wanted the chart for 50 weeks from now I can do that. The cycle simply repeats over certain time periods which will remain a trade secret.

Looking at a longer term cycle, there is/was a low on July 5. The next high is due July11. These are not particularly accurate, but anyway I am having bullish bias for eur/usd this week, although I will not hesitate to do a short trade.

It appears the 2 high came quite early, indicating potential for more weakness. As of this writing, there is a small rally occuring. I would look to sell when price turns over on 15 minute charts for another wave down to the 3 low due 16:00 eastern USA. (20:00 GMT).

I sold at 1.1345. Stop at 1.1363. Initial profit at 1.1305.

One problem with this type of analysis is that early turn points cannot be anticipated. But when they happen it could be a sign of a relatively large move.
