I used to trade 30yrs. bond future contracts on CBOT, but find forex trading the best beast to trade if you are relying heavily on your internet connection

I watch 5 majors: eurusd, usdchf, eurjpy, gbpjpy, and gbpusd.


Eying the 30min. chart only, and when prices hit the extreme high/low of my calculated fractal geometry levels, and in relation to where the Market Profile's value area (the point of balance). I then enter a market position with SL/TP in place.

The system has a 75% or more success rate. I will try to post my signals if time allows.

Forgot to mention: I am also a big fan of Steve Nison's candle pattern recognitions.

Do you trade when the level ihit or do you wait for confirmation by a reversal candle or other indicator ?

Depends how desperate I am to enter the mkt!

Sometimes I get into trade immediatley when prices hit the levels, and then confirm the trade using candle reversals. Or wait for the candle confirmation.

It all depends where is the Point of Balance in the currency pair's Market Profile in relation to the fractal levels.

Hint: the closer the balance point to the high/low fractal, the higher probability the pair will make the reversal...
