On a completely different note...

There has been some question as to whether or not the signals would still be available once I started with FXStreet... I wasn't sure initially how the exact structure at the street would be set up how or if I'd be able to send the signals out.

As it sts right now the signals will not be available as a st alone product: for now they remain an exclusive part of FXStreet.com Premium.

Also at this time the only delivery method is via the live market forecasts. FXStreet is working on an desktop IM application I will be taking advantage of that for signal delivery.

I had played with the idea of also sending them out via email to Premium susbscribers but it didn't take long to figure out that tracking who was a paid member or who was a trialist when if the trial were up etc was going to be a major issue. So I'll wait on the IM app to get finished then will utilize that for the trade call delivery.

I hope to have things set-up ready to go for managed funds this month as well. All in all things are slowly getting back to normal.

So... I will keep everyone up to date on the track record etc but for now the only way to access the calls is directly through FXStreet.com Premium.

Back into compliance...

I was asked a question about my performance reporting that sent me on a hunt for answers. While digging through my NFA manual I came accross another rule that seemed to indicate I could not use any of my demo/hypothetical results for the last several month (post Refco BK)... So I called the NFA they answer was... NOPE. After three months of actual resuslts "we prefer that you don't use hypothetical results"... I think the 'Prefer" portion of that statement is because FX is still a little out of arms reach we can till operate in that grey zone until outright fraud is committed....

I'm not interested in being Gray so I've updated my track-record to reflect their "preferred" look. I'm not having nearly as good a year as I had originally thought

For the few of you that keep an eye on my thread I wanted to give you a heads up let you know that I'm "moving" my reporting to a different location. FXStreet.com will be launching their own actively moderated forum I will be an active participant there much the way I was here in the past.
