ZONE TRADING EXAMPLE THIS WEEK

This doesn't count towards thread total, since I didn't post any signals in advance and actually didnt trade USD JPY this week, but this is a great example for you guys to learn the basic rules for trading zones, that I posted.

Trade produced 100+ pips per one lot on USD JPY

1) Price entered RES ZONE
2) 1 hour chart clearly shows a PIN bar
3) Price reversed in RES ZONE
4) Price proceeded to drop to the balance zone.
5) 100+ pips potential

how to calculate balance zone? hehe, it's very easy, and the numbers are posted in advance (a clue - you have to add and then average two higher/lower boarders of the weekly zones).

EUR USD Daily Important Update!

Clearly visible Ascending triangle pattern on dailies.
If we break above 5920, expect 500 pips upside = 5920+500 -> 6420.

Also, for trading purposes, refer to post #74 with MONTHLY trading zones for April 2008.

6336-6613 is RES ZONE2 on monthly, however wait for a break above 5920. to enter LONG positions.

I didn't see it coming, however can't argue, trade what you see!

EUR USD trend exhaustion targets - upside

I use to determine the trend exh targets with the high/low of the latest swing in price action on EUR USD. High is 5891 / low is 5518.

I get 4 targets, that are targets on LONG trades, if we break above recent high.
