Sorry think i should have put quotes in that post somewhere to make it less confusing. Them entries are for today perhaps a chart would help ? The entries change everyday depending on the price action.

No need for a chart, but thanks. Like I said in my last post, Atomised, those are my levels currently. Those figures make complete sense to me, I'm glad you and perhaps others are on the same page. The cable has really been ranging in the last week and those levels have been very key.

So all entries are done after 9am and exited at 7:30pm the same day? All times EST, right?

Yes depends on when the news is out say if there's news at 8.30 am EST u would wait until 9 or if there's news at 10 you'd wait half an hour after that. Think trades are exited at 2.30 am. I'm used to doing these times in GMT so think i got the times right ?

2:30 EST or GMT? If it's EST, that basically coincides with the London open. Does that sound right? If GMT, then it's 9:30pm, EST.

Think it's actually 7.30am EST, yes just checked a few of SFX's calls and when he closed them and it's actually 7.30 am when u close the trades.

No problem, might help if u read over from this page up when SF gives out his entries and look at them on the charts for that day, will help get the hang of the entries
