Re: Eur/Usd

Yup... that was excellent. Wonder what kind of northern retrace we should expect?

Yes INDEED! Sir I. MAN

You'll have to work on that

I just exited --post NFP fr 1.60 _looking at the 5342 supp low
but the IRis Zone will do jus fine ---out @ 5390

Doctor I., do you see a worthwhile positioning for the Euro north now
---say on another confirmed attempt and failure to break 5342???
It's time for an appearance and acknowledgemt of another
excellent swing call.

Also I see no overall TA or Fundi reasons for a Sterling in stellar zones over $2.
so still holding to the breakdown scenario into the low 90s
been shorting Cable with each failed 4hr/12 hr DTL touch ---9880-9945 zones. Then TSLing these trades @ 50ps.

Congrats to the bull chasers --however. I see no reason not to take something off the table with each trade either way.

--all in the wave timing --as the Thread master here so deftly rides.

Re: Sell Eur/Usd

While i'm not in the habit of referring folks to competitors sites, this one is a good read for the fundamentals. Hopefully it's ok to post the link, if not please remove this post.

We had a discussion awhile back about the central banks and intervention. Here's one traders account that has been on the inside of such activities.

enjoy,

bear

Hello Bear,

The author says:

but the rumors were now persistent and we saw a steady flow of selling by customers that usually had inside information.

where does he work? How can he tell that this particular cutomer is getting in based on inside information? Could there possibly be inside information in the Currency Market.

I really doubt that this auther knows what he is talking about.

Sorry, but I just could not read any farther after the above quoted pragraph.

Would appreciate any comment,

Re: Sell Eur/Usd

Noor,

I believe that he is referring to an event that happened in 1985. The subject matter is part 3, of a 3 part series. If you scroll down you can pick up parts 1 & 2.

Tim Morge is very well known and respected, I have no reason to doubt the events unfolded just the way he described. If his account was embellished or false I'm sure he would have been called out by now.

My take is, he is trying to show that the feds are unable to mount any sustained intervention like in the past.

fwiw,

b

Re: Sell Eur/Usd

Timothy Morge was one of the largest currency traders in this country in the mid 1980's at First National Bank of Chicago.

When you can pull trades of 40-50 yards in your own account and place trades for governments and corporations world wide, you know a what is going on.

The one here with no clue is you, noor.

Re: Sell Eur/Usd

Ladies and Gentleman,

Can you please start another thread for this silly topic noted above. This is just unfair for respectful moneytec members such as IRIS, RUFFEN and Noor. Lets stick to the topic of the thread which is EUR/USD signals & analysis.

Thanks in advance,

Poweredbuyer
