Sorry man, you should have speaked up earlier.

Now, on my managed accounts, I lead the investors to expect no more than average international equity indice returns.

I will feel (be) successful if I surprise them on the upside - preferably above 50% over a year.

But that's a tall order if you gear only 2:1 or 3:1 as I do and if you miss out on some of the big moves, which is about the only thing I do consistently

If I still haven't answered, maybe you should PM me and I'll try to explain better.
