SFX Divergent Daily Advice

Oh yes the reason for pulling the JPY stop...1M diverging at double-top. Twould be foolish to be stopped out on a spike.

So currently:

short USD/CHF avg 2416
long GBP at 8868
short USD.JPY avg 116.40

No targets yet. No stops. Letting the market take care of repositioning.

Sound as a trader who trades divergence tooi think it is wiser to use stops. If you'll get caught in a trending market divergence will fail you'll have big losing positions.

I appreciate that AR1. I think it very much depends on how one trades divergence though. I certainly see your point but based on the time frames I'm trading small positioning experience I'm fly comfortable. Typically though it is always advisable to have stop-losses in place. I agree.

it just makes me happy to see what i call unconvential traders. so tired of the bs trader that preaches stops the trend is ur friend bla bla bla. all this is true but money can also be made trading ur own personal method.

nothing towards u ar1 im just stating in general.

everything i traded that was not agreed on by other "convential traders" has made me money. after a good amount of time trading trying out all kinds of stuff the "unconvential" still works thats what i trade thats what makes me money.

Love it when the news just pushes things right along. What I hate about not being a full-time trader is errs. I'm off to do a few. I'll let these trades simmer in the green til about 2PM eastern. Will chat later. Holding these guys. Hopefully no major 5M divergent activity takes place between now 2PM. This news bar was a nice momentum bar so I doubt it. Anyhoo.
