Yes online trading is spreading in the country. Forex & commodities actually.
On this fourm U have "Cyberforex" & "Ayman" . On the DailyFx fourm there is Sir_Somi. Most interesting there is even a forecasting signaling service based here "Stormyforex.com". So the bussiness as a whole appears to be getting legalized.
This probably means that the signalling service will be fronting for 1 or more brokers soon. Or some broker company on the Co or Alex exchanges will be doing so shortly. in this case U will be able to open accounts by direct funding here.
Regarding the individuals. Everyone so far is keeping to himself. (Natural privcy syndrome).
If some of the traders are experienced. I would like to form a group with one or 2. were each trader is allocated one p to follow (using a specific indicator system) then the signals are swaped together.
In all cases I think we should all get to know one another better so that we could exchange local information regarding taxes also if there any fx- brokers on the Co exchange wether they are giving online courses at the AUC or other faculties. I heard something to this effect once but was unable to locate the faculty.
