Yes, I think so, on the monthly chart it is a,b,c pattern constructing the big wave B.

Back to that Canadian Dollar -

This is starting to look like a movie star or some thing -
Tommorow and later into the week should be a very intersting .
It also looks anatomically correct , so to speak ......

A break above that 1500 mark should start to look Very, Very bullish
- The evidence is tracing out to be a sound base that is in place .
