Re: Short-Term.....Swing Trade (Set-Ups)

Zoran They work like butter...problem with the waves is that people appoint themselves "experts" they have absolutely no clue on how the waves form what is required of a movement to be a wave the importance of Fibonacci theory math......they end up counting ups downs cross thier fingers call them waves.....then they say that the waves are subjective only a possibility to cover up thier own incompentence......they have 5 count B waves 3 wave impulses etc etc......IF a person takes the time to truely learn the waves they will be great traders. but like everything else in this world It's a matter of garbage in garbage out..... someone listens to how a poser is explaining or trading the waves the natural conclussion of someone with a brain is that the waves don't work...not that I mind that to much ......bottom line is this....human nature enmass is predictable.....humans as a part of nature are subjet to the natural law of Fibonacci whether they believe it or not....thus the waves form as a result of human nature enmass making moves at Mathimatical points 99% don't know why....it happens with price time....over over again. it has been the most enlightening education experience I have ever been involved in.........

According to your last posting on cable you have a very small A B then a big C. can this C be an ending diagonal pattern which might have ended by now? That's what all i see right now but wasnt sure if it's possible inside a wave C.

I had all three points (i iii v) lined up to be 114% to each other but v overshot a bit which is ok i think.

What is your view?

Re: Short-Term.....Swing Trade (Set-Ups)

Re: Short-Term.....Swing Trade (Set-Ups)

Bryan I have to say your right in there swinging doing a great job!! Many times in counting waves we are better off deciding what a wave IS NOT...i.e. our discussion of this move up can no longer be considered a wave 4.......now your wedge looks good overthrow is never a problem as the pattern tightens late in a wave........do some homework here......1 of the rules of EW is that wave 3 CANNOT EVER be the shortest wave....is it in your example? if it is or it becomes the shortest.....your count must be altered. now remember also here I do not always have an answer to what a wave count is when we go complex.....I lose all intrest in chasing that rabbit.....so I'm not watching this p because any trade becomes "iffy" I trade the sure fire set ups waves that are totally readable.......so when the waves get to complex don't be afraid to leave a p to go find a p that is doing an impulse getting ready to correct.... trade the c wave of that correction if conditions are right jump on the impulse wave that follows.....as far as the pound I htly have no idea of a medium term count but my bet is on a short term chart you wil find todays move is a wave 3. look for the top to form then a 38% retrace in 3 waves jump in for wave 5.......until we get that scenario I will not be trading this move..It doesn't bother me in the least to miss moves that are not reading clear....theres another train comming into the station all the time to trade the set ups that are not clear.....Hope that helps some......

At first blush I like your 2nd chart...we'll know when 5 starts...then we jump in on a perfect ABC correction for alot of pips.........
