I am just finishing up on an external library that will interface MT4 with Collective2 (http://www.collective2.com). With minor modifications, any EA will send its trades to Collective2 at the same time its triggers its own trades within MT4. This will allow EA developers and traders to sell their signals via Collective2, as well as maintain an independent track record of trades.

There is currently a free beta test of this software at http://www.collective2.com/mt for all that are interested.
